These Terms of Service govern your use of heymoonceramics.com and any purchase you make from Hey Moon Ceramics (“Hey Moon”, “we”, “us”), based in Austin, Texas, USA. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Products

All Hey Moon pieces are handmade, wheel-thrown and hand painted. We do our best to show colors and details accurately, but each piece is unique and may vary slightly from the photos due to the handmade process, glaze firing and your screen settings. Please read each product description carefully, including size and care information.

Pricing and payment

All prices are listed in US dollars. Prices, products and availability may change without notice. Payment is due at checkout and is processed securely by our payment providers. Applicable sales tax and shipping costs are shown at checkout.

Orders

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example if an item is out of stock, a pricing error occurs, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order after payment, you will receive a full refund.

Shipping, returns and refunds

Shipping is covered by our Shipping Policy, and returns and refunds by our Return & Refund Policy, which form part of these terms.

Product use and care

Please follow the care information provided for each item. Candles should never be left unattended while burning. We are not responsible for damage or injury resulting from misuse of our products.

All content on this website, including photos, designs, text and logos, belongs to Hey Moon Ceramics and may not be copied or used without written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hey Moon is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or our products. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product concerned.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA.
