Return Policy

Hey Moon is responsible for getting your order to you safely. If any items arrive damaged, please notify us within 5 days of arrival for replacements or a credit. After this time, Hey Moon cannot be held responsible. Please read description of item carefully. Returns for items that are not damaged are not accepted.

For undamaged items, customer is responsible for return shipping costs and a 25% restocking fee.

Handmade Policy

Hey Moon ceramics are hand-thrown on the wheel. Please keep in mind that no two items will be exactly alike (pieces are “sisters not twins”), and some variation is to be expected.

During the glaze firing process, there are many factors that might lead a piece to vary somewhat from the picture shown, including variance in application of glaze, placement in the kiln, and how the glaze interacts with the stains or other glazes on the piece.

Candle Information

•Hey Moon candles are made from natural soy wax, which is US grown and FDA approved.

•Candles are phthalate free and scented with the finest quality fragrance and essential oils.

•Wicks are constructed from natural flat cotton threads interwoven with paper threads, and are lead and zinc free.

•Candle burn time is approximately 40 hours.

•To preserve candle color and quality, keep out of heat and direct sun preserve candle color and quality, keep out of heat and direct sun. Please note, due to the organic elements in some fragrance oils, candles may discolor over time.
