Shipping Policy

Every Hey Moon piece is handmade and carefully packed by me in my Austin, Texas studio. This policy explains how and when your order ships.

Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United States (including APO/FPO addresses). If you are outside the US and would like to order, please contact us first.

Processing time

In-stock orders are packed and shipped within 3–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US holidays). During sales, markets and the holiday season, processing may take a few extra days. Made-to-order or custom pieces ship within the timeframe stated on the product page.

Shipping methods & rates

Orders ship via USPS or UPS. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight and destination of your order, and you will see the final cost before you pay. Any free-shipping promotions will be shown at checkout.

Delivery times

Once shipped, most US orders arrive within 2–8 business days depending on the service selected and your location. Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Order tracking

When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

Local pickup (Austin, TX)

If local pickup is offered at checkout, you will receive an email when your order is ready to collect, along with pickup details.

Damaged, lost or delayed packages

Ceramics are packed with care, but if your order arrives damaged, please email photos of the item and packaging to heymoonceramics@gmail.com as soon as it arrives so I can arrange a replacement or credit (see our Return & Refund Policy). If your tracking shows no movement for 7 or more days, or a package is marked delivered but you cannot find it, please contact us and I will help you file a claim with the carrier.

Incorrect addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address entered by the customer. If you notice a mistake, email us right away and we will do our best to update it before the order ships.
